Replacement Policy

Once verified, we will process a replacement shipment.
Conditions for Replacement Approval
To qualify for replacement:

- Tags must remain attached

Replacement requests may be rejected if the product shows signs of usage, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the order falls under our replacement-only policy.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.
If replacement shipping is applicable, T&C Fashion will bear the replacement delivery cost for approved cases.
